2. Our Role as an Affiliate
RKG Finvest Limited does not provide loans or financial products directly. We act as an intermediary, forwarding user details to trusted lenders and institutions based on suitability. We have no direct ties, partnerships, or commission-based arrangements with lenders.

We are committed to clear and honest communication about our services, fees, and processes. All terms and conditions are disclosed upfront, ensuring users understand their obligations and the platform’s role.
4. Platform Fee
We charge a one-time, non-refundable platform fee (₹20–₹600) to access our services. This fee supports profile creation and platform maintenance but does not guarantee service approval. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. No Guarantee of Service Approval
Approval of financial services is at the sole discretion of third-party lenders or institutions. RKG Finvest Limited does not guarantee approval or availability of services.
6. User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and service applications. Inaccurate information may lead to application rejection by lenders.
7. Ethical Lending Practices
We are committed to avoiding predatory practices, ensuring fair treatment, and promoting responsible borrowing. We only partner with reputable lenders who adhere to applicable regulations.
8. Compliance with Laws
RKG Finvest Limited operates in compliance with Indian laws, including the Reserve Bank of India guidelines and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We encourage users to comply with all applicable laws.
9. Data Protection
We protect user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Data is shared with lenders only to facilitate service requests, with no commissions or financial incentives involved.
10. No Liability for Lender Decisions
RKG Finvest Limited is not liable for decisions made by third-party lenders, including application rejections or terms offered.
